If Retold isn’t right for you, request a refund within 60 days of your purchase. We’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You don’t need to give a reason.
The 60 days begin on the date you pay, rather than the date of your first conversation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Your gift
$199 covers one storyteller, six guided conversations, a memoir to review and personalize, and one printed hardcover. Printing is arranged after you approve the book. Your conversations take around two hours in total; reviewing the memoir and choosing photos take a little extra time.
You manage the gift from your own account. Your parent or grandparent does not need an account or an app.
