Your Retold gift

Retold is provided by NC Labs GmbH, Maneggstrasse 83, 8041 Zürich, Switzerland (hello@nclabs.ch). You must be at least 18 to purchase. You manage the gift through your account; your loved one does not need an account.

$199 USD is a one-time purchase for one storyteller: six guided conversations, saved recordings, help turning their stories and your photos into a book, and one hardcover with US delivery. No subscription. The final amount is shown before you pay through Stripe; access opens after payment confirmation.

Making and receiving your book

You provide the conversations and photographs. We guide you through the book design, which may include hands-on help from our team. You review the words and design and provide a US delivery address before printing. Printing and delivery are arranged after your approval; we will keep you informed by email. If an order is delayed, we will seek any required agreement to the delay or provide a refund.

AI can misunderstand or omit details, so please check the draft before approval. Recording requires microphone access, available storage, and everyone’s permission. Keep the recording page open while saving; device or network failures can interrupt a recording.

If Retold isn’t right for you, email hello@nclabs.ch within 60 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked. Include your purchase email or receipt reference, never card details. Bank processing time may vary. Contact us about a damaged, missing, or incorrect book too; your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Your stories and rights

You retain your rights to the material you provide. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide Retold and produce your book. Obtain permission from people you record and for photos you upload; do not submit unlawful material. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle it.

Swiss law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live. The terms in effect when you buy govern that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases.
